About Us

CNS Vision

At CNS magazine (Cabling Networking Systems), we cover the latest trends and developments for cabling, networking and telecom experts across the country, and as a result, offer our advertisers an impartial environment to highlight their products, technologies and services. The coverage in each edition tracks the pulse of the industry through technology reviews, application features, case studies, industry research, installation practices, and standards updates. Furthermore, we continue to maintain strong alliances with industry organizations and national and regional conferences and trade shows across North America.

CNS Overview

CNS is published (bi-monthly) six times a year and delivered to qualified industry readers across Canada. Since its founding in 1998, the magazine has gained a reputation as a leading information source for individuals who purchase, design, specify, install, maintain, test and advise on structured cabling, premise wiring, networking and telecom products.

Editorial Content and Readership

The articles are both current and practical and written in a way that inform and educate professionals on how to do their job more effectively. The magazine also has an Editorial Advisory Board made up of leading experts who play a vital role in ensuring readers receive ‘real-world’ editorial topics and ‘front-line’ information along with the highest quality editorial coverage of the most pertinent and timely issues that affect the industry.

Reaching the right people at the right time is paramount. More then 11,000 key decision-makers across the country will receive CNS on each published edition in 2007. Through our qualified ABC audited circulation, CNS and our advertisers are ensured a reliable, unbiased source of media data prepared by an independent body whose sole mandate is the auditing of a publication's circulation.

CNS readers are targeted, highly qualified and influential. The audience consists of consulting and specifying engineers, cabling designers, electrical contractors, cabling installers and end users (IT, IS and MIS Managers and Specialists) across Canada.
