Effective Oct. 1, Dow Electrical and Telecommunications will increase the prices of its products in North America. The detail for grades in Canada and the U.S. is as follows:
* Power and Telecom Jacketing Grades will increase 10 cents per pound.
* Medium and High Voltage Insulation Compounds will increase 12 cents per pound.
* Semicon and Shield Compounds will increase 15 cents per pound.
* All specialties including UNIGARD and UNIPURGE product lines will increase 19 cents per pound.
All other grades not included in the above categories will increase 15 cents per pound. Prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.
