Meraki wires up Motel 6 properties across North America

Cloud networking vendor Meraki and Accor North America (ANA)  have completed a Wi-Fi deployment across all of Accor's Motel 6 and Studio 6 properties. With nearly 10,000 access points spanning 620 properties, the deployment represents one of the world's largest Wi-Fi installations and is the largest cloud managed wireless LAN on record, the two companies said in a release.

Accor operates more than 1,100 properties including Motel 6 and Studio 6.
